Characterization and development
of the concept
The work process begins with getting to know the customer and understanding the idea, requirements, and needs. At this stage, the foundation stones for further work are determined. Over the years, with the experience and seniority of the studio and staff, we have developed a winning methodology for each project. A successful product design process is accompanied by new and fresh thinking, thinking "outside the box," creative freedom, brainstorming, and departing from conventions. At the same time, there is a calculated, structured, deep, and precise product design process. These two approaches are harmoniously integrated and applied in Studio MISHOOS's design methodology.
At the same time, in the field of intellectual property and patents, search, registration, and protection of the enterprise are carried out. All considerations at this stage are considered in advance under a defined budget framework and the target price that was estimated for the product.
Product planning and design
At this stage, the product takes shape, harmony, volume, and design. Here, the mechanical design and parts are combined and assimilated into a product, based on all the research and work done in the development and characterization process. At the end of this procedure, the product and its parts are planned in detail and ready for production.
At this stage, the customer receives design feasibility at various levels, from manual 3D sketches to realistic 3D simulations to illustrate the product and its parts. All the parameters required to achieve a good and correct design are examined— aesthetics, ergonomics, and functionality.
The entire planning and development process is examined, backed up, and approved by engineering, creating a natural combination between the design and the engineering content to make the project feasible at every level and achieve organic design and engineering harmony.
Product portfolio and prototype production
The feasibility stage of the product has arrived, and the product is produced in a 1:1 model for feasibility and illustration. Here, all the information and research collected, together with the chosen design, is expressed. At the same time, the entire development and design process is documented into a detailed product file, containing all the data required for the production of the product.
At the end of this process, the client can begin the issue of exposing fundraising and investors to the project.
Mass production & Serial production
At this stage, our high production capabilities are reflected in international standards. Recent adjustments have been made to production technologies, quality control, material definitions for production, and planning the assembly of the product and its parts, including the packaging and the instructions for use. Accompaniment takes place until the product is delivered to the destination and penetrates the market and shelves.
Accompaniment in the process and professional casing - startup package
Throughout the process, the client’s goal, adaptation to the targeted audience and clients, requirements, and the target price are before us all the time. Within this complex route, we work to help the client reach their goals and enable and provide the entire required casing from the beginning of the process to the end: search, registration, and protection of a patent; branding and logo; packaging for the product, including instructions for use and assembly instructions; contact and raising capital with investors; production; and producing successful crowdfunding campaigns, as well as assistance in raising funding from government funds and more.
